Job summary

Frederick Health is seeking a fulltime Clinical Supervisor to join our hospice team, working Monday through Friday, 8am–4:30pm with rotating administrator call. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate patient care during hospital stays and discharge, and participate in performance improvement activities.

The role requires Maryland RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
• Certified in CPR (CPR/BLS).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises department activities on a daily basis.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to coordinate patient care during stay and discharge.
• Monitors clinical care and enforces standards.
• Supervises and mentors clinical staff and coordinates staffing.
• Participates in budget planning and performance improvement activities.
