Job summary

St. Croix Hospice in Huntley, IL seeks a compassionate Manager of Clinical Services to lead a dedicated clinical team delivering patient-centered hospice care with dignity and empathy.

You will oversee care plans, mentor clinicians, coordinate patient care, and manage staff hiring, training, and performance improvement in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary environment. This full-time role offers a $7,500 signing bonus, a base salary around $100,000–$113,000, and comprehensive benefits including

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters).
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• 2+ years of hospice or home health clinical experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Oversee coordination of patient care and assign appropriate staff to each case.
• Support clinicians with real-time guidance, mentoring, and clinical problem-solving.
• Conduct case reviews, home visits, and clinical audits to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of clinical staff.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities
