Job summary

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to lead hospice operations and the clinical team, ensuring top patient care, regulatory compliance, and ongoing growth. The role requires strong leadership, RN licensure, and a patient-centered approach to drive excellence across operations and care delivery.

You will partner with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, and strategic initiatives, while advancing quality and community engagement in our CHAP-certified

Qualifications

• Strong, results-driven leader with excellent organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• 5+ years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient and family care while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness while driving quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team, fostering a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence.
• Support Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive growth and community engagement by building strong partnerships, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the agency meets the needs of patients, families, and the community.
