Elizabeth Hospice seeks a Director of Patient Care Services to lead multidisciplinary care teams, drive clinical decision-making, and oversee staffing for optimal patient care. The role involves strategic and operational management of clinical services, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with senior leadership to advance quality outcomes.

The position requires RN leadership with regulatory knowledge and CHPN certification and offers a comprehensive benefits package in Escondido, CA.

Aufgaben

• Direct the delivery of clinical services across all assigned care teams and ensure compliance with agency policy and applicable regulations.
• Identify the need for changes in program design, develop proposals, and make recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team as appropriate.
• Lead program development initiatives for clinical services.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team on cross-functional projects, coordinating them with overall agency plans.
• Direct the implementation of, and monitor agency compliance with, state health department and federal government standards and regulations for licensure and certification, including Title 22 CCR and 42 CFR Part 418.
• Work cooperatively with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, and other leaders in developing policies and procedures that support high‑quality, compliant care.
• Participate in workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and career development planning for clinical staff.
• Oversee clinical care teams and programs as assigned, including RNCM, LVN, HHA, MSW, and spiritual care staff as applicable.
