Job summary

Seva Hospice seeks a Director of Patient Care Services to provide strategic leadership over hospice clinical services, ensuring compliant, high-quality care across the organization. This is a full-time on-site role based in Salida, CA, with oversight of nursing and clinical teams, and collaboration with administration to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse licensed to practice in the State.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's preferred.
• 3 years of management in home health/hospice or related field, with supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to market and interact with community.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured auto.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee direct and indirect patient services.
• Provide guidance to Clinical Managers to improve care services.
• Assist Clinical Managers in managing clinical teams and planning.
• Assist VP in budget preparation and administration.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws; CHAP standards.
• Oversee coordination of patient care records and reporting.
