Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership or supervisory experience.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within an Interdisciplinary team.
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and end-of-life care.
• Knowledge of pain and symptom management.
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable, insured vehicle.
