Job summary

ProCare Hospice seeks an RN Clinical Quality Analyst to support clinical decisions, drive adherence to regulations, and lead quality initiatives. You will interpret healthcare data, create analytical tools, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve care outcomes and education across the organization.

You will lead peer reviews, prepare case summaries, and ensure documentation aligns with federal/state rules and CHAP standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license in Nevada; RN preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years clinical nursing experience.
• 3 years hospice quality experience preferred.
• Experience with hospice accrediting bodies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
• CPHQ or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of federal/state hospice rules and regulations.
• Analyze performance data and support system policies.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends with root cause analysis.
• Lead audits and reviews for clinical processes and compliance.
• Coordinate and lead improvement action plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Oversee annual agency-wide reviews and policy updates.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and documentation is timely and accurate.
• Serve as EHR superuser and train staff on quality/compliance processes.
• Support education initiatives and CHAP/regulatory training.
• Assist with cost-reduction efforts in supply ordering.
