Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of daily hospice clinical operations.
• Ensure exceptional patient and family care while maintaining compliance with Medicare Hospice COP and New Jersey regulations.
• Promote clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality outcomes.
• Serve as Administrator On-Call and participate in the administrative on-call rotation.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and coordinate care.
• Foster collaboration among physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, aides, and community partners.
