Vitality Hospice & Palliative Care is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations (RN) to provide strategic clinical leadership across our hospice program in New Jersey. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, and a high-performing interdisciplinary team.

You will oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, and quality initiatives, while fostering a culture of compassion, accountability, and excellence in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Jersey (or eligible in NJ) and strong clinical background.
• Experience leading hospice or healthcare operations with quality outcomes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel between care sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of daily hospice clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and New Jersey regulations.
• Lead interdisciplinary team and manage staffing, quality initiatives, and performance improvement.
• Oversee budgets, productivity, and procurement of DME, pharmaceuticals, and supplies.
• Serve as Administrator On-Call and coordinate with leadership and partners.
