The role oversees daily operations, staffing, quality initiatives, and serves as Nursing Supervisor under Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation, while maintaining a compassionate, compliant, patient‑centered culture.

Qualifications

• RN license required (New Jersey) for practice.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of daily hospice clinical operations.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and New Jersey regulations.
• Oversee staffing, quality initiatives, and patient safety.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and foster collaborative culture.
• Serve as Administrator On-Call and manage on-call rotation.
