Job summary

The role includes staff motivation, education, and ensuring adherence to Medicare/Medicaid and private insurance requirements.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with hospice regulations and quality of care standards.
• Supervise clinical operations, training, and regulatory adherence.
• Oversee patient care activities and plan of care execution.
• Collaborate with hospice physicians and referral sources to drive clinical excellence.
• Manage onboarding, staff evaluations, and education for clinical staff.
• Involve in governing body meetings and quality assurance activities.
