Job summary

Care Initiatives Hospice is seeking a compassionate Clinical Manager - RN to lead hospice care across home, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital settings. In this role, you will oversee clinical teams, ensure comprehensive end-of-life care, and partner with families to deliver tailored plans that respect patient wishes.

You will need an active RN license, CPR certification, and hospice experience, plus leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state(s) you operate.
• Active CPR certification.
• Hospice or palliative care experience.
• At least 1 year in a leadership or charge nurse role or equivalent.
• 2 years of recent clinical experience in hospice, oncology, home health or public health nursing; hospice experience preferred.
• Home internet access.
• CHPN preferred or ability to obtain within 24 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive hospice care with compassion, dignity, and respect.
• Lead clinical staff and coordinate patient care across settings.
• Meet patients and families where they are, in home, long-term care, assisted living, or hospital.
