Qualifications

• RN licensed by Virginia Dept. of Health, 5+ years in professional nursing.
• Hospice/palliative care experience preferred.
• Ability to lead, train and coordinate a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the clinical team, including hiring, training and scheduling.
• Serve as primary contact for patients and families, ensuring clear communication.
• Coordinate care plans and case conferences with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, quality audits and improvement actions.
• Identify education needs and provide ongoing staff development.
