Goodwin Living in Alexandria, VA, seeks an RN leader to provide hospice team leadership and clinical support. You will oversee nurses, social workers, counselors, and other professionals, coordinate care plans, and rotate on-call as Administrator on Call.

The role emphasizes compliance, education, and performance management with a focus on documentation and quality care. Minimum 5 years as an RN required; hospice experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Virginia.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities.
• Strong communication with patients, families, and team members.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical team (nurses, social workers, counselors, etc.).
• Coordinate care plans and patient/family communication.
• Rotate as Administrator on Call; ensure coverage.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
