Job summary

Reliant at Home in San Antonio seeks a full-time Hospice Clinical Liaison to expand outreach for our hospice, home health, and caregiver services in the San Antonio area and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidate has hospice sales experience, a college degree or nursing license, and a proven ability to educate physicians and healthcare professionals while growing admission volume through relationship-building and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

• College degree or 1–2 years of business experience, or nursing license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to make cold calls and build referral relationships.

Responsibilities

• Expand public/brand awareness and enthusiasm for Reliant's services.
• Provide education regarding Reliant At Home's Hospice, Home Health, and Caregiver Services.
• Grow the territory, producing results, and meeting/exceeding admission goals.
• Frequently provide presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Foster and further advance current relationships.
