Job summary

Reliant at Home in San Antonio seeks a full-time Hospice Clinical Liaison to expand outreach for our hospice, home health, and caregiver services in the San Antonio area and surrounding communities.

The ideal candidate has hospice sales experience, a college degree or nursing license, and a proven ability to educate physicians and healthcare professionals while growing admission volume through relationship-building and strategic outreach.

Requirements:

• Previous home health and/or hospice sales and marketing experience with a proven productive track record is preferred
• Must have a college degree or at least 1-2 years of business experience or be a licensed nurse
• Excellent customer service skills
• Confident making cold calls
• Driven to work hard, strategically, purposefully, goal-focused, and succeed
• Ability to create and take ownership of relationships with referral sources, patients, and families in an assigned territory
