Hospice Buffalo seeks a Clinical Field Educator to provide ongoing education to clinicians from orientation through their 2-year anniversary. You will ensure clinicians develop from novice to expert in hospice and palliative care.

The role requires RN licensure in New York, a valid driver's license, and at least 2 years of hospice experience. Full-time schedule is 8am-4pm with occasional weekend and off-shift visits.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with NY RN licensure.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle required for on-duty or on-call duties.
• Minimum of 2 years hospice and/or palliative care experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate progression and competence through routine visits with clinicians (orientation through 2-year anniversary).
• Document time management, case management, and symptom interventions.
• Support education remediation referrals and annual reviews with team managers.
• Assist with record reviews for clinical accuracy and compliance.
• Cover weekends and off shifts across clinical departments as needed.
