Job summary

Geiss Med Hospice seeks an experienced Director of Patient Care Services (DPCS) to lead the hospice clinical team and ensure exceptional, compassionate patient care. You will oversee all patient care services, guide interdisciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with state and federal hospice regulations.

You will drive quality outcomes, manage staffing and onboarding, participate in QAPI activities, and foster a culture of compassion and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospice or home health in the past five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, supervision, and support for all hospice clinical staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with each patient’s plan of care.
• Maintain compliance with Medicare Hospice CoPs, state regulations, and agency policies.
