Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a qualified chaplain to implement and coordinate spiritual services for patients and their families in the home setting. The role includes delivering spiritual care and supporting the bereavement program in alignment with organizational policies.

Candidates should have ordination or ecclesiastical endorsement and experience with patients facing life-threatening illness and death, plus basic technology skills and mobility for travel as required.

Qualifications

• Must be ordained or endorsed to function in pastoral capacity.
• Experience with patients and families facing life-threatening illness and death.
• Basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate all activities of the spiritual services program and the delivery of spiritual services to patients and their families.
• Provide support to the bereavement program with spiritual support to patients and families in line with Enhabit policies.
