Job summary

Bristol Hospice LLC is seeking an experienced Hospice Chaplain to support patients and families with spiritual assessments and care planning. You will work closely with the Interdisciplinary Team to ensure compassionate, personalized end-of-life care.

You will recruit and supervise volunteers, coordinate memorial services, and help integrate spiritual care across locations. Willingness to travel and flexibility with hours are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of theological seminary with BD or M.Div. or equivalent.
• Experience in hospice or end-of-life care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families.
• Assess spiritual needs and contribute to care plans.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team and community chaplains.
• Maintain records of spiritual care services for QA.
