Job summary

Angels Care Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual care to patients, families, and caregivers within our program. You will assess spiritual needs, participate in the care planning process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate end-of-life support.

You will also engage community chaplains, provide education to the team, and help arrange memorial services as requested. A seminary degree and compassionate demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology.
• Experience in hospice/spiritual care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct spiritual care to patients and families/caregivers.
• Assess spiritual needs and develop care plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team for holistic care.
• Liaise with community chaplains and spiritual counselors.
• Maintain records of spiritual care activities for QA.
