Position: Part-Time Hospice Chaplain

Location: Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics, West Union, IA

Schedule: Part-time, hours per week to be determined

Gundersen Palmer Lutheran Hospital and Clinics is seeking a dedicated Hospice Chaplain to join our highly committed and dynamic hospice team. We provide excellent quality care to patients in West Union, IA, and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide spiritual support to hospice patients and their families throughout Northeast Iowa.
2. Assist with mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual stresses through counseling, respecting patient and family beliefs and desires.
3. Coordinate care in collaboration with the Hospice Care Team.
