Job summary

Everwind Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide essential personal care and support to patients in homes or facility settings. Working under a registered nurse, you’ll promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life during end-of-life care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, monitoring patient changes, maintaining a safe environment, and documenting care per agency procedures.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification (Wyoming)
• Minimum 1 year CNA/hospice or palliative care experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with empathy and respect

• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Document care provided in accordance with agency procedures and regulatory guidelines
• Support the hospice philosophy of care, focusing on comfort rather than cure
