Job summary

Everwind Hospice is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team in Wyoming. The RN will perform comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, manage pain, and support patients and families through end-of-life transitions with dignity and respect.

Candidates must hold a Wyoming RN license and demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and commitment to best nursing practices in a hospice setting.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wyoming.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams to determine individualized care needs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized care plans.
• Manage acute pain and provide comfort to patients experiencing distress or discomfort.
• Support patients and families through the end of life process.
• Apply sterile processing techniques to maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
• Deliver specialized care prioritizing safety, dignity, and comfort.
