Job summary

Everwind Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice CNA to provide essential personal care and support in patients' homes or facility settings. Under RN supervision, you will promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life during end-of-life care.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, offering emotional support, and accurately documenting care while maintaining a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming CNA certification.
• Minimum 1 year CNA or hospice/palliative care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with empathy and respect.

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
• Monitor and report changes in patients’ condition to the hospice team.
