Responsibilities include:

  • Reporting to the Administrator or Patient Care Manager, working under the supervision of the RN or Clinical Supervisor
  • Assisting with personal hygiene, environment safety, meal preparation, feeding, ambulation, light housekeeping, and certain treatments
  • Supporting mental alertness and providing emotional support
  • Reporting patient condition changes, practicing infection control, documenting visits, attending staff meetings, and participating in quality improvement activities

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • Six months of relevant patient care experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and CPR certification
