Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator, Executive Director, or Patient Care Manager Senior, working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse or Clinical Supervisor.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, ambulation, and light housekeeping.
• Help with light meals and feeding as needed.
• Support safe use of mobility aids and promote mental alertness.
• Provide emotional support and report changes in patient condition.
• Practice infection control and document care accurately.
• Participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• Six months of patient care experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license, automobile insurance, and CPR certification.
• Compassionate, flexible, and empathetic with a patient-centered approach.
