About the Role

• Report to the Administrator, Director, or Patient Care Manager and work under the supervision of Registered Nurses or Clinical Supervisors.
• Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility, light meals, and housekeeping.
• Support treatments as ordered and promote mental alertness and emotional well-being.
• Document visits accurately and participate in staff meetings and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, empathetic, and flexible with a hospice heart.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
• At least 6 months of patient care experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification.
