Responsibilities

• Report to the Administrator, Director, or Patient Care Manager, working under RN supervision
• Help patients maintain hygiene and a safe environment
• Assist with meals, feeding, ambulation, and light housekeeping
• Assist with treatments as ordered and allowable
• Promote mental alertness and provide emotional support
• Report changes in patient condition
• Demonstrate basic care to caregivers
• Practice infection control
• Accurate documentation and participation in quality activities

Qualifications
