Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our leading team of hospice care professionals. The CNA will provide personal healthcare and comfort to patients in their homes, working under the supervision of a registered nurse to ensure a safe, clean environment and timely communications with families.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA license, a state-approved nurse aide training credential, and at least one year of hospice or nursing assistant

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred.
• Completed nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

We are looking for a passionateCertified Nursing Assistant CNAto join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY:Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
