Zusammenfassung

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of hospice care professionals. The CNA will provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their homes, helping ensure a safe, clean environment and collaborating with the supervising RN.

Qualified candidates will have a CNA license, current driver’s license, and at least one year of experience in hospice or a related setting. High School Diploma preferred.

• Must have CNA license and be listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or equivalent licensure.
• Must have current driver’s license.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

POSITION SUMMARY: Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
