Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team in Houston.

The role focuses on providing personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residence, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and collaborating with families under RN supervision. The ideal candidate will have CNA licensure, completed nurse aide training, and at least one year of experience in hospice or similar settings, along with reliable

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
