Three Oaks Hospice in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our in-home hospice care team. This full-time, Monday–Friday day-shift role provides direct patient care, assists with daily living activities, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment for patients and families.

You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse, document observations, and coordinate with the care team to deliver high-quality hospice services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have CNA license.
• Must have current driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience as Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant preferred.
• Reliable transportation and auto liability insurance.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.
POSITION SUMMARY: Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.
Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
