Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide personal healthcare in patients' homes under RN supervision. You will help with daily living activities, maintain a safe, clean environment, and communicate observations to the supervisor.
Required: CNA license, state nurse aide registry in good standing, driver’s license, and HS diploma (preferred). One year of hospice or LTC experience is preferred; nurse aide training may meet requirements.

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse
High School Diploma PreferredHas successfully completed Nurse aide trainingcompetency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirementsMust have CNA licenseMust have current driversAt least one year experience preferred as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital nursing home home health agency hospice or long term care facilityReliable transportation Valid and current auto liability insurance This is not a comprehensive list of all jobresponsibilities; a fulljob descriptionwill be provided
