Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice, Inc. is seeking a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team providing compassionate home-based hospice care. You will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver personal healthcare and maintain a safe, clean environment in patients7 homes.

The role requires CNA licensure, state-approved nurse aide training, and reliable transportation. Prior hospice or long-term care experience is preferred to support patients and families with empathy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must have CNA license and nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state.
• Must have current drivers license and reliable transportation.
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
