Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate team delivering in-home hospice care. The role focuses on personal healthcare in the patient’s residence and supporting the nurse in providing a safe, clean environment.

The ideal candidate will have CNA licensure, state-approved nurse aide training, and reliable transportation. Prior hospice or long-term care experience is preferred, with a strong commitment to patient comfort and family support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• CNA license is required.
• State-approved Nurse Aide training/competency program or equivalent licensure.
• Current driver's license and auto liability insurance required.
• At least one year of hospice/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

Position Summary:

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver's
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
