Job summary

Three Oaks Hospice is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in delivering high-quality hospice care. The role focuses on personal healthcare, safety, and supporting patients in their homes or care settings.

Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will assist with daily activities, monitor patient comfort, and communicate observations to the care team. A CNA license and reliable transportation are required; prior hospice or long-term care experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• CNA license required; nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state.
• Must have current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least one year experience in hospice, nursing home, hospital, home health, or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal healthcare and related services to patients in their residence; help maintain a safe, clean environment and cooperate with patient, family, and supervisor.
• Work under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

We are looking for a passionate Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our leading team of hospice care professionals and make a difference, by listening, caring, and serving.

Position Summary

Primary function is to provide personal healthcare and related services to the patient in their place of residence; to assist in providing a safe and clean environment, work cooperatively with patient and family and share observations and problems with the supervisor. Works under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Has successfully completed Nurse aide training/competency program approved by the state and listed in good standing on the state nurse aide registry; or State Licensure program that meets requirements
• Must have CNA license
• Must have current driver’s
• At least one year experience, preferred, as a Hospice Aide or Nursing Assistant in a hospital, nursing home, home health agency, hospice, or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
