Job summary

Holy Cross Home Care and Hospice in Maryland is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager to oversee clinical and operational elements of the hospice program. You will supervise field staff and office colleagues, ensure quality client care, and implement policies and standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, orientation of staff, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with physicians, with pay range per hour and comprehensive benefits from Day 1.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current Maryland license.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two years of hospice agency experience.
• Progressive supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise staff providing direct client care and assigned office colleagues.
• Oversee the delivery of quality client care per physician orders and policies.
• Direct and support orientation of managers, supervisors, and staff to the organization and services.
• Ensure staff compliance with federal/state regulations and accreditation through review and mentoring.
• Participate in agency leadership as part of the management team.
• Ensure accurate, complete client care documentation for billing.
• Set goals and priorities aligned with mission and strategic plan.
