Job summary

Coastal Hospice in Georgia is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to administer hospice care for clients at home, in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities. You will coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team and families, and work independently with on‑call rotation.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, GA RN license, and hospice experience preferred. You will assess patient needs, develop care plans, educate families, document updates, and maintain compliance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Two years of RN experience in a clinical setting; hospice preferred.
• Current Georgia RN license and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer hospice care to clients in home, SNF, or ALF settings.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and families; maintain written plans of care.
• Document patient status and interventions accurately and timely; ensure safety and quality.
