Qualifications

• RN with Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN in nursing preferred.
• 3–5 years healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year management/supervisory experience required.
• 2+ years hospice/home care experience required.
• Meets state requirements for Administrator role.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands-on leadership for a hospice program with growth opportunity, accountable for quality and census expansion.
• Promotes and monitors compliance with accrediting/licensing standards.
• Manages Human Resources and directs interdisciplinary teams.
• Manages office operations and budgets to meet financial goals.
• Ensures documentation and reporting are accurate and timely.
