Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a minimum of Associate’s Degree in Nursing required.
• Three to five years’ healthcare sales/management experience preferred.
• Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.
• Two or more years’ experience in hospice/home care required.
• Strong understanding of hospice regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day operations of the hospice location.
• Oversees interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care delivery.
• Manages financial performance and operational oversight.
