Infinity Hospice Care seeks a Director of Patient Care Services to lead clinical and administrative hospice operations in alignment with Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation. The role drives quality care, staffing, regulatory compliance, and cost management within a patient-centered framework.

The position reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with Hospice physicians, facilities, and referral partners.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of licensure.
• Prior healthcare management or clinical leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, supervise, and support professional staff.
• Knowledge of budgeting, census management, and cost control.
• Understanding of Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day hospice office operations and ensure efficient administrative functions.
• Prepare reports, attend stand-up and A/R meetings, and maintain regular attendance.
• Promote communication across hospice disciplines to support care continuity.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare/state regulations and quality standards.
• Lead QAPI program development and data-driven improvement initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-call coverage; manage costs within budget.
