Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• 2-3 years’ experience as a registered nurse within the last 36 months.
• Home health or hospice experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation, QAPI, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and hold clinical teams accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team and supervise clinical staff to ensure safe, high-quality home care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including COP and QAPI activities.
• Manage staffing, productivity, and evaluation of agency programs and field staff.
• Collaborate with Administrator/CEO on business planning, budgeting, and policy rollout.
