The role emphasizes relationship building, strategic marketing, and independent collaboration with clinical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare sales, business development, or referral marketing.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, home health professionals.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare partners about hospice services and referral benefits.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hospitals, SNFs, home health agencies, and physician offices.
• Plan and execute strategic marketing initiatives to increase referrals.
• Represent Gentiva at community events, professional associations, and educational in-services to promote services.
