Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Current state CNA certification or registration required.
- Current CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Assists patients with daily living activities to promote comfort and dignity.
- Observe and report changes in patient status to the nurse.
- Follow written care plans created by a registered nurse.
- Assist with exercises as instructed by nurse or therapist.
- Perform basic urine tests as part of routine monitoring.
- Provide homemaking and environmental support as assigned.
- Support meals, feeding, and nutrition as directed.
