Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Nursing Aide to support patients at home, helping with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and bedding changes while maintaining dignity and comfort.

You will collaborate with registered nurses, families, and the care team to ensure safe, effective care plans, handle basic health routines, and educate families on caregiving in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time direct client care in an institutional setting or 1 year in home health/hospice within last 5 years.
• Must be registered and in good standing on the state nurse aide registry.
• Must have basic technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care: bedding, clothing, bathing, and hygiene routines.
• Instruct families on basic health-care routines for at-home care.
• Consult with supervising RNs about patients' progression and families' needs.
