Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to support patients at home, performing personal care such as bathing, dressing and hygiene while coordinating with the care team to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Applicants must have at least one year of direct client care, be listed on the nurse aide registry, hold CPR certification, possess a valid driver license, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility) or in home health/hospice within the last five years.
• Must be registered and listed in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist hospice patients with personal care such as changing bedding, dressing, bathing and hygiene routines.
• Coordinate with supervising registered nurses and inform families of patient needs and progression.
