Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking Hospice Nursing Aides to provide compassionate personal care to hospice patients in home settings. You will support bedding changes, bathing, grooming, and other hygiene routines while maintaining patient dignity and safety.

As part of the care team, you will regularly consult with supervising registered nurses to update the hospice team on patient progress and family needs, ensuring coordinated, high-quality care in the patient’s home environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year full-time direct client care experience in an institutional setting or home health/hospice within the last five years.
• Must be registered and in good standing on the nurse aide registry in the state of employment.
• Basic demonstrated technology skills including operation of a mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care such as bedding changes, dressing, bathing and hygiene for hospice patients.
• Consult regularly with supervising RNs and keep the team apprised of patient progression and family needs.
