Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a dedicated Hospice Nursing Aide to assist with bathing, grooming and daily care for hospice patients in home settings. You will work under RNs, ensuring comfort and dignity, and support families in the care process.

Qualified candidates hold state nurse aide certification or home health aide certification and have reliable transportation. A valid driver's license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

Must have one year of direct client care in an institutional setting or in home health/hospice within the last five years.
Must be registered and in good standing on the state nurse aide registry.
Must demonstrate basic technology skills including mobile device use.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care: changing bedding, clothing, bathing and hygienic routines.
Instruct families on basic health-care routines for hospice patients.
Consult with supervising RNs to keep the team informed of patient progression and family needs.
