Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking compassionate Hospice Nursing Aides to assist with personal care for hospice patients in a home setting. You will support families by guiding basic health-care routines and maintaining patient comfort.

Collaborate with supervising RNs to monitor patient progression, ensure safety, and uphold high-quality care standards across a variety of state settings.

Qualificações

• Must possess a valid state driver license.
• Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
• Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
• Must complete training, competency evaluation in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Must possess CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with personal care tasks such as changing bedding, bathing hospice patients, and helping with hygienic routines.
• Instruct patients' family members on basic health-care routines and caregiving.
• Consult regularly with supervising RNs to keep the team informed about patient progression and family needs.
